If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a full refund less any shipping and handling costs. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for processing.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@charlis.beauty within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship items back using the provided return label or your preferred shipping method

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped).

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@charlis.beauty. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
